8. How will volunteers know the general logistics of the day?

From the moment a volunteer arrives at a KaBOOM! build, they will receive direction about the logistics of the day from their Project Manager. Throughout the day, the Project Manager will provide updates about what has been accomplished and what still remains to be done.
